- Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for the return shipment. It’s crucial to obtain this number, as it helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return. Ensure that all original tags and packaging are included. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Tracking Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
